About Me

The most important thing you should know about me is that I am extremely relational. I am curious, dedicated, and love getting to know people. It has been a privilege to work with many individuals, colleagues and teams over the years.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and a Registered Social Worker providing support and therapy to individuals, families, professionals, workplaces, and organizations.

I have been a clinical supervisor, manager, and team leader for more than 20 years, supporting clinicians, social workers, educators, workplaces, unions, and paraprofessionals on mental health and complex cases.

My approach is always tailored toward meeting individual needs, and it includes treatment with empirical, evidence-based therapy such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I have worked primarily with professional adults in education, medical, and community mental health settings.

I humbly acknowledge that I live, work and play on the unceded tradional territory of the Yaqan Nukiy within the Ktunaxa Nations. I strive to live, work and play in a manner that honours the Truth and Reconciliation Calls to Action.
